Jennifer joined New Beginnings at Lake Charles in 2013 bringing with her over 20 years of experience in employee relations and accounting. She has worked for a multitude of companies in various industries including Industrial Construction, Telecommunications, and Medical. She is a graduate of Delta School of Business with an Associates Degree in Accounting and is currently taking classes towards a certificate in Human Resources Management to help further her human resources knowledge.

As Comptroller and Human Resources Associate, Jennifer wears many hats and plays a dual role in the company. Her Comptroller responsibilities include overseeing all of the accounting for New Beginnings at Lake Charles. She coordinates and manages billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, financial reporting and internal/external audits. Jennifer is dedicated to the long-term financial health and stability of the company. As Human Resources Associate, Jennifer’s role is to handle all employee relations, payroll and benefits. She works closely with the CEO and other leaders in the company to ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical practices.

Jennifer is a native of SWLA. On her days off, she stays busy with her husband Vince and their 5 children and 4 grandchildren. They enjoy spending time fishing and relaxing at their camp in Toledo Bend with their family and friends.
